2. Definitions
"Company" refers to Fintecgo.
"Client" refers to any individual or entity that uses the Company’s services.
"Services" refers to the Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, financial planning,
investment management, financial statements, Company Incorporation and many more as provided by the Company.
"Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Services
The Company offers various financial services, including but not limited to:
• Bookkeeping
• Accounts Receivables
• Accounts Payables
• Bank Reconciliation
• Sales Invoice
• Inventory Management
• Payroll Service
• Employee Management
• GST Services
• Financial Statement
• Company Incorporation
• TDS Return filing
• MIS
• Hiring Services
• Providing full time accountant at client end
The specific terms of each service will be detailed in separate agreements and documentation provided to the Client.

4. Client Obligations
By using our Services, the Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Notify the Company promptly of any changes to the information provided.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
5. Confidentiality
The Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of personal information. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal data.

6. Fees and Payment

The Client agrees to pay the fees for the Services as agreed upon in the separate service agreement. Fees are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges as stipulated in the service agreement.

7. Investment Risks
The Client acknowledges that all investments involve risks, including the potential loss of principal. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on investments. The Client agrees to fully understand and accept these risks before engaging in investment activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company's total liability to the Client for any claims arising from or related to the Services is limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client to the Company for the Services.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for all Services rendered up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Honourable Sessions Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar UP (201306), without regard to its conflict of law principles. 11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration in Gautam Buddha Nagar UP (201306), as agreed upon by both parties.

12. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on the Company’s website or otherwise providing notice to the Client.

13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

14. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
